The shareholders are devoted and experienced people for many years in education and training in Singapore and Vietnam. The Investment Certificate no 011032000089 was issued in March ,5th 2008 by Hanoi People's Commitee . The Operations Registration Certification no 1302 was issued in November, 4th 2008 by Department of Education and Training of Hanoi
